Bald Eagle Partner’s acquired a large portfolio of residential assets during and after the financial turmoil of the 2008-2010 period. This $100 million portfolio consisted of over 3,500 homesites in 16 premier communities in the southeastern United States. The portfolio contained traditional neighborhoods developments, fully amentitized lifestyle developments and condominium parcels. During 2016, the company divested itself of much of the portfolio but has retained the largest of all the assets, Rice Hope Plantation in Savannah, GA.

The company’s primary focus is the management of its land portfolio. We are a fully integrated business experienced in all facets of the land development business, including acquisition, entitlement, land planning, infrastructure development, homebuilding, sales and marketing.
